Mocktail orders
For mocktail orders, include your order name, email, phone number, quantity, requested pickup or event date and any special instructions.
Payments and receipts
Online payments may be processed by Stripe. If a payment fails or you need a receipt, contact us with the email used at checkout.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Contact us as soon as possible for changes or cancellations. Refunds and rescheduling depend on the service, preparation already completed and written booking terms.
