01What is a 360 photobooth?+
It is a platform where guests stand while a camera rotates around them to create a dynamic video with effects, slow motion, music and branding.
02How many people can participate at once?+
Depending on the setup, 1 to 4 people can usually participate at the same time. We recommend keeping the experience comfortable and safe.
03Is it safe?+
Yes. Our team guides guests, manages the flow and makes sure the platform stays clear during the activation.
04How much space is needed?+
Ideally, plan for about 10 x 10 feet with access to a power outlet. We can confirm the exact space needed based on your venue.
05How do guests receive their videos?+
Videos can be shared by QR code, SMS or email depending on the selected setup.
06Can we add our logo or brand colors?+
Yes. Packages can include a custom overlay, your colors, a slogan, an intro/outro and other brand elements.
07How long does setup take?+
We usually plan 60 to 90 minutes before the activation starts, depending on the venue and selected options.
08Do you only serve Montreal?+
We serve Montreal, Laval, the South Shore, Chateauguay and surrounding areas. Travel outside the service area can be added by quote.
09Is it suitable for festivals?+
Yes. The Activation Wow package is built for festivals, cultural events, promotional booths and brand activations.
10How do I book?+
Fill out the booking form with your date, city, event type and preferred service or package. We confirm availability and send the next steps.
11Is a deposit required?+
Yes, a deposit is usually required to officially hold your date. Terms are confirmed with your quote.
12What if my event is outdoors?+
Outdoor events are possible if the space is stable, safe and protected according to the weather. We confirm technical needs before the event.
13Do you offer a printed photo booth?+
Yes. The printed photo booth lets guests leave with instant keepsakes. Prints, props and customization options can be adapted to your event.
14Does the mocktail bar include alcohol?+
No. The mocktail bar offers alcohol-free drinks that are refreshing, colorful and elegant, with a polished presentation for all ages.
15What is included in the festive sweets service?+
The service can include cotton candy and colorful candy sticks depending on the selected option. It is ideal for adding a sweet and visual touch to your event.
